BLOOMFIELD, NJ The spark to kick start Bloomfield commercial real-estate leasing appears to be taking place in the Six-Points area where Glenwood Villages, the retail and residential redevelopment project now being completed, is providing wary investors with a reason to invest in Bloomfield, according to one developer. A lot of people have been waiting on the sideline, Bill Colgan, the retail developer for Glenwood Villages, said in a recent telephone interview. According to Colgan, leasing has been great at Glenwood Villages where the ground level will be retail space. I have 60,000 square-feet, he said. Were two-thirds committed right now.
