Bloomfield Center is excited to welcome Puppet Heap, an internationally recognized creative studio specializing in character design, puppetry, and storytelling, to our evolving business improvement district.

Since its founding in Hoboken twenty-two years ago, this highly acclaimed arts organization has built a reputation through their award-winning work that have created memorable characters for film, television, and beyond. Its Founder Paul Andrejco and Business Development & Marketing Director Cindy Campos Alves shared that they've been looking at Bloomfield Center for some time as a place for the studio's next chapter. "We were incredibly excited by the energy surrounding Bloomfield's investment in the arts and its visible commitment to creating spaces where creativity and community come together," states Cindy. She goes on to explain that they envision their studio to be a place where people can experience the artistry behind puppetry, learn about the craft, and connect with the stories they create. "Bloomfield Center felt like the perfect fit," she said.

In light of BCA's current efforts to develop a plan advocating more arts and culture programs and activities that will contribute to the Center's growth, we are thrilled they have chosen to become part of this community and look forward to the creativity, collaboration, and community connections they'll help inspire!
