November 19, 2025 - The Bloomfield Center community recently suffered a great loss with the passing of Nick Zois  earlier this week.  Mr. Zois  was a integral part of the town's business community in so many ways, but he is best known as the owner of Roxy Florist which served Bloomfield and surrounding region for almost fifty years!  The business was lost when a catastrophic fire destroyed the building where it was located in January of 2020.  He also served on the board of the local Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce.  

The board and staff of the Bloomfield Center Alliance extends its deepest condolences to the Zois family.  He was a great man, proud war veteran, and true icon in the town of Bloomfield.  To read his obituary, please click HERE.
