On June 25th, members of the BCA staff and board had the pleasure of attending this year's Scholarship Awards Luncheon sponsored by the Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce Foundation. The affair, which took place in Bloomfield Center at the restaurant Bucco, celebrated the accomplishments of three area high school graduates - Mia Bankert (Bloomfield HS), Isaida Velez (Belleville HS), and Blake Davidson (Glen Ridge HS). Each received a check in support of their entry into college in the fall.

Representing the BCA that day was Executive Director Ollyn J. Lettman and board members Stella Kelly (Lynnes Auto Group) and Mary Murdoch (Murdoch Shoes) who also sponsored the scholarship program. This organization extends its best wishes to each award recipient and also congratulates the SECC for a very nice event.
