Bloomfield Center Celebrates Local Dining with Restaurant Week


For the third straight year, the Bloomfield Center Alliance is hosting Bloomfield Center Restaurant Week from September 28th -  October 2nd to promote downtown restaurants. This year close to fifteen different eateries are offering a mix of pre-fixe menus and special deals that are sure to satisfy a wide variety of culinary tastes and preferences (for a listing of restaurants and special offers, visit the Bloomfield Center Restaurant Week website.

Participating restaurants this year include well-known local favorites like Anthony's Cheesecake and Restaurant, Bloomfield Steak and Seafood, and State Street Grill. Emblematic of the downtown district’s ongoing growth as a culinary destination, several restaurants that recently opened its doors will also be featured– including Seven Doors Down Ramen Company, Q'enko Organic (Peruvian) Cuisine, and So Juicy (Hibachi) Restaurant.

Diners are encouraged to stop by the BCA registration table before their meal on select nights to enjoy live music, free raffles, and a complimentary drink - courtesy of the BCA. The live music line up is as follows: Thursday September 29 (5:30pm-7:30pm/ Six Points Plaza) pianist, Friday September 30 (6:00pm-10:00pm/ Washington St.) samba band, Saturday October 1 (5:30pm-7:30pm/ Six Points Plaza) violinist. Café tables will be set up around the plaza where people can enjoy their drinks and appreciate the live performance before or after their dining experience.
