We're doing it again! On May 20th, Washington Street (between Glenwood Avenue and Farrand Street) will be closed and the entire block converted into a walking food bazaar! We're inviting Bloomfield restaurants to join us from 12 noon - 8 PM that day to sell their tastiest treats. We're calling it a food truck festival . . . without the trucks! Come on out and enjoy great food, live music from cover band Jeff and the Mutts, and dancing. It's a day of family fun for everyone. There will be live music, dancing, special guests and family fun. Thanks to the support of the Bloomfield Parking Authority, free parking will be available at the Farrand Street lot. So far, this year's line-up of restaurants includes Anthony's Cheesecakes, Essex Junction Craft Kitchen and Bar, Villa Italiana, Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery, Ahrre's Coffee Roastery, Taqueria Los Gueros, Wasi Food, Rita's Ice, Bloomfield's Best Bagels (new), Parkside/Casa Turano (new), The Pit BBQ (new), Satis Bistro (new), and The Wooden Spoon (new).
