Sundays:
12:45 - 1:45 pm - Pilates for beginners - Pilates for beginners was designed to introduce Pilates to new students in a safe and fun environment. The class is set to a slower pace allowing new students to ease into the Pilates method and veteran students to go back to the basics and build on their current practice. Open to all levels.

2 - 3 pm - "Open Mat" Hot Power Vinyasa - Free class for our community! Leave your expectations at the door and go with the flow in our "open mat" power vinyasa class. The room is heated to 80 degrees, but the attitude is playful and fun allowing new students to ease into the power vinyasa flow. The pace is a bit slower and we will breakdown the postures in more detail for new students. Experience the life changing benefits of a regular power vinyasa practice offers, free of charge! Open to all levels.
